The Protocols of Szion are clear: They ENCOURAGE complaints about their system because they can discover flaws in any loopholes they left for pure tyranny and they can identify the complainers in order to get rid of them. This is so simple and fundamental that I'm always surprised that people are shocked by the consequences.
