I saw another one of these DARPA freaks giving a presentation like this a couple years ago. His focused on the progress of group and hive mind tech as it stood in 2010 at the time he gave the talk. I'm sure its all much worse by now. He could never wipe the psychotic smirk off his face for the entirety of it.
